Rightpoint
Through Rightpoint, I designed an energy-allocation workflow for Exelon / BGE, explored product education and search for Knauf Insulation, and developed intranet wireframes for Polsinelli.

Selected design work across energy, product education, and the digital workplace.
Energy, insulation, and an intranet. People first.
Each engagement presented a different kind of complexity: regulatory and operational rules for community solar, the invisible benefits of insulation, and a large law firm’s information and tools. My role was to turn those requirements into clear, usable experiences while working within each client’s brand, technology, and design system.
Exelon / BGE — Make energy allocation understandable.
For BGE’s Community Solar Portal, I designed the Unallocated Banked Energy experience so Subscriber Organizations could review available energy by generation period and redistribute it to eligible subscribers. Working with design, content, product, business, engineering, and QA partners, I defined a guided file-upload workflow, validation feedback, processing states, and cancellation behavior. Expiration, eligibility, failures, and role-specific error details were part of the design—not afterthoughts. The final Figma handoff documented the primary workflow and its edge cases for implementation.
A smaller update: customer assistance programs.
I also designed targeted updates to Exelon’s PHI MyAccount experience: an assistance-program enrollment indicator within the existing Billing and Payment Options card, a link to program details, and related changes to Assistance Recommendations. I explored placement options and refined the simpler approach after stakeholder review, delivering approved Figma designs and documentation for development. The focus was making useful information easier to find within familiar dashboard patterns.
Knauf Insulation — Connect products to everyday benefits.
I worked on an interactive cut-away home experience that connected attics, walls, floors, and other spaces to relevant insulation products and benefits such as comfort, energy efficiency, and sound control. Desktop exploration and a simplified mobile flow led users toward product details, the insulation calculator, and Where to Buy. The concept separated the core experience from richer visualization enhancements to support a simpler first release. I also worked on site-search requirements covering suggestions, categorized results, and filters to make products and technical content easier to find.
Polsinelli — Balance firm communication with daily utility.
During an eight-week discovery and design engagement, I contributed to the redesign of Polsinelli’s employee intranet for Microsoft 365 / SharePoint. I explored two homepage directions through low-fidelity wireframes, helping stakeholders compare the placement of firm news, people, personalized information, and everyday tools. The work applied the firm’s brand within Rightpoint’s SPARK component and variable patterns, with responsive layouts and a clearer information hierarchy to guide the next visual-design phase.
What came out of it.
Across these engagements, I helped teams turn evolving requirements into concrete design decisions: an implementation-ready energy reallocation workflow for BGE, an interactive product-education concept and search requirements for Knauf, and intranet wireframes that supported stakeholder alignment for Polsinelli. The shared thread was making complex systems understandable through clear hierarchy, useful guidance, and collaboration with the people building and operating them.
